Shipping Policy

  1. Ozora Skincare provides delivery throughout Indonesia with standard and express services. We are working together with JNE, TIKI, Pos Indonesia, Wahana and JNT. Shipping cost will be adjusted with product weight and delivery area.
  2. Delivery time are based to the service used and your delivery address.
  3. Product delivery is only served in working days, and excluding Saturday, Monday and National Hollidays.
  4. Product will only be sent to the address that you write when check out order. check out.
  5. If you want to change your shipping address, you can contact [email protected] to change your address within 12 hours after payment confirmation.
  6. If you want to repeat order, and your address is different from your previous data, you can change it before the check out process. check out
  7. Delivery typically in one to five business days. Delivery time will be at 12pm. If an order is placed after 12pm, we will processed/shipped the next day. Business days are Monday-Friday
